googling HN, gak sengaja nemu sambatan orang perihal "sok tau mode" hanya karena seseorang pernah membaca artikel, nonton konferensi atau nonton youtube favoritnya yang membahas suatu teknologi yang populer. lalu dia coba menerapkannya di tempat kerja dimana semua orang diwajibkan untuk mengimplementasikannya.

just like what happen on my workplace. my boss have some kind of circle of IT people (outside of work), which basically like his consultant about how to do technical "things". from the beginning, i have already doubting it. because alot of people who sell "talks" without understanding any of it, make shit become harder.

my boss trying to implementing of what his consultant "teachs", by make us to thing that "popular" without listening to myconcerns. from my side, im cool with it. BUT the reality is said no. if you really trying to do what "popular", you need to listen to us who do the work OR just fire us all.

to make a ground breaking change, you cant just listening to someone else who DO NOT do the work or DO not know the reality, we are the one who do the work. a change need to start from the smallest but important thing. my smallest thing is the research department. that group of people cant even be called "researcher", they just basically do backward development, the dont even care about "modernization" that i start there.
